Notice of RFI
Attn: The District of Columia's Office of the Chief Technology Officer ("OCTO") is requesting information in conjunction with DC Government's Ward 5 middle mile fiber project for companies ("Contractor") who could performa a on-personnel services contract. The Ward 5 middle mile fiber project is being constucted using grant funds from the U.S. Treasury's Capital Projects Fund ("CPF"). CLICK ON THE LINKS TO VIEW THE RFI AND MAP.

Community Internet Program
The Community Internet Program (CIP) allows any Internet Service Provider (ISP) free access to the roofs of DC-owned buildings, operated by the Department of General Services, to install service antennas if they commit to providing resident connectivity with high-speed connections (200 Mbps up/200 Mbps down or higher) at reduced or no cost to households eligible for the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
